We have two of these units available.
Self storage in our large indoor block built units for £150 per unit, per calendar month.
You are required to protect your goods whilst they are being stored at our warehouse. We are able to arrange this for you if required at £10 per container, per calendar month, making a total of £160 per container, per calendar month, or you will need to provide proof of your own self storage insurance.
We also take an initial 2 week deposit, with the first months storage fee, which will be refunded at the end of the storage term, as long as your account is in credit and the unit is emptied without issue. Full payment in cleared funds must be made before access to unit is granted.
We do not reserve units in advance of coming into store. You can either take the unit straight away or get back to us around the move date to see what we have available then. Units are not yours until the signed contract and 1st months payment have been received. MINIMUM STORAGE PERIOD IS ONE MONTH.
Your account must be kept in credit at all times by making your storage payments on time.
StoreProtect
Due to insurance regulation changes, we can no longer sell insurance to you, as part of our storage service. However, we can offer an enhanced liability, called StoreProtect, under our new terms and conditions, which provides very similar protection.
StoreProtect is an extension to our standard contract that allows us to accept liability for lossor damage to your goods in certain circumstances.
Our liability under StoreProtect is accepted on a new replacement basis for most goods you store. However, there are restrictions for some items, such as jewellery, watches, furs, fine art, beers, wines, and electrical items.
To benefit from StoreProtect, you must declare an appropriate new replacement value for all goods stored (known as the Maximum Replacement Value). This figure must be adequate to include all goods at all times.
If you do not opt for StoreProtect, our standard terms limit our liability for your goods to negligence only up to a maximum of £100. You are also required to arrange insurance at your own expense for your stated Maximum Reinstatement Value for the duration of storage.

The internal dimensions of our large indoor block built storage units are;
Length of 5.4m or 17’7 ft,
Height of 2.60m, or 8’5 ft
Width of 2.25m or 7’3 ft
and have a floor space off 12.15 square metres (127 square feet) and a volume of 31.6 cubic metres (1,116 cubic feet).
All units are locked by your own padlock. A standard sized padlock is fine.
